The citizen is reporting that when it rains the street floods , shin deep. This is only on the side of the street where 2703 is located. He has not noticed an odor

Crew clean sub and basin with high pressure hose and high pressure vacuum. Drop Inlet at the SouthWest corner is severely root infestation and can be enter due to basin entry point can be enter due to the root are engulfed over the entry point.
