Clearing a lot located in the Resource Mgmt Area with NO permit or silt fence. huge city and state violation and the city is doing nothing about it!!!!

- System · August 15, 2023A Stop Work Order was issued and mailed (by certified mail) on 8/2/2023 and delivered on 8/10/2023..On 8/14/2023..Water Resources offices was contacted by owner, Elizabeth Garcia, and informed her she would have to submit an application for land disturbance and for a Richmond Stormwater Management Permit (RSMP) before any more activity could continue. We'll stop by today to make sure activity is not continuing.
