    Per S. Crews and A.Gray asset the location for Mosquito abatement issue and found that it is an alleyway issue with low spot in the alleyway holding water. This location has no DPU assets contribute to the holding water in the alley. The issue but possibly a DPW/ Roadway and has been redispatch to the correct department and division within DPW.
