- Staff · August 10, 2023Request was sent to the wrong Department within the City of Richmond this is a Roadway issue, which is a part of DPW. The request will be and sent for re-dispatch to the correct Division in DPW. The ADA ramp has a low spot which is hold water and not allowing stormwater to flow to the Drop inlet at this location.
