Description
Apparent water leak coming up through manholes causing wet roadway on East Byrd Street just west of South 9th St. We have observed this problem for several months. It does not correlate with weather so it does not appear to be caused be rain. Concerned that there is an unaddressed leak underneath area. In November of 2022 the manhole was marked with a white X but the problem did not get solved. Thank you in advance for checking it out!
