Description
The citizen has an asphalt driveway. The citizen states that there is a hole in his driveway. This is his only way to enter his property. He lives on a steep hill He states that debris gets stuck in the pipe as it has holes in it.

- Staff · July 27, 2023I have made contact with the contact person, Mr. Fleming, via telephone and discussed the area of concern. He stated his driveway, over the culvert pipe on the left side nearest the street, has fallen causing a one foot diameter hole at the driveway edge and he can see the pipe. He has also commented on the condition of the pipe and the rusting and deterioration of the metal on the bottom. The pipe has been cleaned at his prior request(s) but he feels the pipe now needs to be replaced. I am changing the Problem Description Code from Damaged Basin to Storm Drain Problem.
