Very dirty standing water in street (W. 11th) near alley intersection with Road. This water has been here for over a month and there are tons of mosquitos. This is also right next to a preschool

Per L.Lockett assess this location and found there are no DPU Storm Water assets at this location. Yet, there are low spot along the curb and gutter and stone run off from the alleyway cause hindering in positive drainage at the alley. Will redispatch to the Proper Department within DPW(Roadway) to determine what measure are need to correct issue at this location.
