Description
This alley has always been dry. In April, a 6-inch hole developed which always had water in it. NO matter if it rained or not. Since, then, the hole has gotten bigger and there is now a continual large pool of standing water. It is at the intersection of the alley off 110 N. Mulberry running parallel to Grove Ave. and the alley along 100 blocks of Ashe Boulevard and N. Mulberry. You cannot miss it.
