    D. Rivers has assigned this service request to L. Lockett, Supervisor to assess & schedule for maintenance. Due to the notation regarding grease & the location this request will be forwarded to DPU Environmental Division to assess for compliance to ensure there is no FOG's having the potential to enter the combine sewage system.
