- Staff · July 19, 2023After talking with the contact person and observing a recent photo of the area it is apparent this issues origin is the same address' water meter. The issue starts in the gutter pan directly in front of the water meter and flows to the DI approx. 80' to the east of the 1001 W. Leigh St. address.
