    Dominion Energy owned and maintained streetlights. Issue was reported to Dominion Energy. Resident can follow up on status of repair with Dominion Energy directly at 1-866-366-4357 and reference Dominion Work Order #33739556. City of Richmond does not received Dominion Updates on repairs.
