See photo. There are a lot of trees and other debris that's collected where Gillies Creek goes under Williamsburg Ave. I know the city likes to keep debris to a minimum to prevent problems during heavy rains.

Location basin inlets is overcharge due to the amount stormwater but location is free and clean of sediment and debris Per A.Eaddy and N.Sumpter.
