Description
The LED street light is too bright. It's so bright that it is difficult to sleep, even with blinds closed and curtains drawn. Every neighbor on the block has complained about it. Surely there is a way to dim or shade these overly bright lights while saving the city money on energy costs and preventing light pollution. We have the same problem in the alley. Please help us!
