Description

I live across from Albert Hill Middle School at the corner of Patterson and Nansemond. Currently the intersection is a 4 way stop. Multiple times a day I see drivers, mainly traveling on Patterson, barely stop/rolling stop or not stop at all. It happens during the school year as well, which is especially dangerous with students crossing the street and parent pick up.
