    All lights are Dominion Energy owned and maintained; if light is on property light is a Private Watch Light. Owner of property must contact Dominion Energy with account number to report issue. If light is off property Dominion Energy must be contacted to report issue as the lights are only maintained by Dominion not City of Richmond. Caller can contact Dominion Energy directly at 1-866-366-4357.
