The two electric street lights (shorter ones made to look like gas lamps) closest to intersection with 29th street, on north side of E Grace St, are out. The third electric street light (shorter one made to look like gas lamp) from intersection of E Grace St and 29th, on the south side of E Grace street, is also out.
