Description
I have a storm water drain leading into my property and not running to the correct location at the top of rattlesnake creek. Instead it’s just looking in my backyard causing an excess of mosquitos and killing lawn, flowers and bushes. Please help redirect this water, it’s getting much worse over time. Thanks.

- Staff · June 27, 2023Spoke with homeowner about a cross road pipe depositing an abundance of storm water into his low lying back yard. I relayed I would come out there Thursday and have a look.
- Staff · June 30, 2023After a site/location visit it is determined the amount of foliage and debris gathered in the ditch line to include overgrowth of the back of property is the result of yard debris dumping and pruning negligence. The center of the locations rear yard does appear to be lower than the surrounding yards and easement however it's flooding is due to the rain water's inability to travel in the intended ditches flowline. I have attempted on a few occasions to alert the homeowner of these issues but have received no answer as of yet.
