no email. she is calling about easement at 5710&5724 orcutt le that is in need of maintenance to avoid continued vermin presence and overgrowth. she was told by darryl rivers it would be cleaned on a schedule but she hasn't seen anyone recently.

    Citizen called back on 5/8/2024 for a update. D. Rivers spoke with Ms. Lane & informed her that the request will be completed in the next 30 days. Cut vegetation in easement next to 5724 Orcutt Lane. Restore all areas affected by the work in accordance with the City of Richmond recommendations & standards. Note: All debris & obstruction should be removed from the ditch to create positive drainage.

    Estimate timeframe to completed this work is 4-6 hours. Equipment & materials needed: hedge trimmer, weed eater, backhoe, small dump truck, topsoil, seed & straw. Note: Trackoe w/ cutter can be used as well.

    Location has been completed by DPU Maintenance Division on 5/11/2024. N. Sumpter leading. Approximately 300 lft of earth ditch was cleaning & vegetation cut to restore positive drainage.
