Description

This needs to be brightly spraypainted and/or signage warning of this put up immediately. Someone is going to be very seriously injured here. All it's going to take is someone falling off of their bike, but if that happens with a driver behind them or coming the other way on that tight blind corner, someone is going to die because this wasn't fixed nearly quick enough.
