Location has a alley way grated inlet it is free and clean of any debris, the gravel in alleyway is which was placed be citizen due to locaton havng low spot near the inlet. Also the grate is broken in several spot but is not hindering the drainaged at this location Attempted make contracted with citizen leave door with contract information on it will place location on hotspot list to monitor.
