    A.Johnson,N.Waddy,C.Jordan,N.Sumpter,and W.Mayo stated that service request was completed, crew clean location with high pressuse water and vacuum truck. Crew clean sub and basin with high pressure hose and high pressure vacuum.

    Location reservice to investigate on going cavitation at the Southeast corner. Dying test was positive the blind cap at drop inlet show signs the water was undermine at left of the cast the blind cap pipe was broken as dying and water was seeping through the wall the around the blind cap. All so sewers could be smell for the cavitation opening.
