Description

Odor is strong, toxic, nearly constant and is infiltrating nearby neighbors' residences. Odor emanates from curbside water run-off location. Per earlier 311 request, "Basin top at northeast corner is broken and needs to be replaced." No notification ever received that basin top was replaced/repaired.
