    Per L. Lockett DPU personal, location ditches are vegetation throughout the ditch line in this area hindering proper flow storm water draining to it outfall location. Also the location has a concreted ditch line, some area separated at the joint cause some undermining a the separated point there are sign of erosion and deterioration along the ditch line in various places. Yet until the location service with the removed vegetation hanging and growing in the ditch line also foliage with the ditch line itself. A full assessment of the stability of concrete within the ditch can not be determine until the location is clean and service.
