L. Lockett, This location had 2 of 2 Inlet both are free clean of sediment and Trash. West Basin has mast case and top the East is a inlet grate the need a earth moved equpment to move sediment and possible pick up the grate if needed.

A.Eaddy, W.Mayo,S.Crews,N.Waddy and A.Gray stated that service request was completed, crew clean location with high pressure water and vacuum truck. Crew clean sub and basin with high pressure hose and high-pressure vacuum. Location has been scrapped with backhoe around the grate inlet due to build up of sediment and debris. Location 2 of 2 inlet have root intrusion that effect the interior of the basins and the lateral pipe is full of roots.
