Description
There are two storm water pipes with issues at the intersection of Cutshaw Ave and Kent Rd. One is sticking up too high and the other cover is broken. A car could pop a tire on either of these. This street is also seeing a high increase in traffic since Hamilton St is closed due to construction so it poses a danger to more cars.
