Description

It seems that every time it rains, this basin floods. Not sure if regular maintenance is sufficient or if some change is needed. The home owner of the property most effected and neighbors clean up trash and leaves along the ditch but it’s not enough.

This location was visited and will need ditch maintenance to open the under road pipe along with the cleaning of the curb and gutter in order to correct issues at this location. A call was made to the customer as well to advise her of my findings

I just got off the phone with Ms. Wood. She is not having any problems with her basement and she is not expecting the City to do anything as it relates to her property. She did reference the existing ticket for the drainage easement that runs along side her home and when that will be cleaned. I shared with her that the request is in the system and that currently we have no tentative schedule due to resources but would be reaching out when we can forecast our timelines in the oncoming weeks. Ms. Wood was understanding and in agreement with this approach.
