Description
The concrete around this sewer hole cover is deteriorating. Please see attached picture. The sewer hole cover in question is at the southwest corner of the intersection of Patterson and Cleveland. Thank you. The sewer opening has gotten much worse and is an even greater risk of failure. At some point, someone placed a piece of rebar in the crumbling concrete hole next to the manhole cover (see attached photo). Was that someone from the City? It seems like a safety hazard to anyone getting off the bus or crossing the street.
