Description

Street "dip/hole/valley" creates a flood, stopping traffic & a vehicle stopped in the middle of the road with engine damage on 5/16/23 after heavy rainfall. A culvert should be considered to stop this problem constantly occuring with heavy rainfall since it's existance. Posting signs are not enough.
