Description
On 04/27/2023, a sewer vacuum truck was on S. Auburn near the corner of Cary St. addressing a clogged sewer affecting Babes of Carytown (3166 W Cary St, Richmond, VA 23221). After the sewer vacuum truck left on 04/27/2023, there was a strong sewer order coming from my basement drain that filled my entire house (18 S. Auburn Ave) and my nextdoor neighbor's house (20 S. Auburn Ave) experienced the same strong sewer odor. On 05/04/2023, there were plumbers and water damage specialists at Babes of Carytown (3166 W Cary St, Richmond, VA 23221) and once again in the evening my house and my neighbor's house smelled strongly of sewer. Given that this has happened twice, it is starting to look like the sewer issue affecting Babes of Carytown is spreading and/or affecting more than just Babe's of Carytown. Can you all please send someone out to investigate?
