- Staff · June 18, 2023D. Rivers assess this location & found the drop inlet on the SW corner is filled with sediment & root intrusion. This is the sub-basin on Mulberry St. The catch basin on Main St is functioning properly but the asphalt is too high hindering flow. Clean all inlets & mill asphalt for a large slot opening for better drainage. Request dispatched to L. Lockett to schedule & completed.
