    D. Rivers assess this location & spoke with Mr. Jones onsite. Found: General maintenance needed in front of 4341 Angus Rd. Replace or open damage end of driveway culvert & cut / dip roadside ditches to easement on side of property. Note: Easement cut across back of property. Location sent for Engineering solution as well to open channel in rear of property & issues down gradient in fairly new sub-division. Request should be handled two-fold. DPU Maintenance Personnel to handle general maintenance & DPU In-house Engineer to assess upgrade to open channel in rear. Citizen submitted documentation stated this is a drainage easement in the rear. See attached.
