    D. Rivers assess this location & spoke with Mr. Wright: Found: Roadside ditches on even side of the roadway needs general maintenance. On the old side of the roadway a few large branches & trees have fallen in the ditch & needs to be removed. Action: Cut & grade all roadside ditches from 3026 Culver Rd to crossroad culvert across from 1517 Bangel Dr. Do not cut ditch at the corner of Culver Rd & Banlge Dr. Clean all driveway & walkway pipes with high pressure water. Install a new walkway culvert at 3026 Culver Rd & restore concrete walkway. Walkway can be installed in-house or submitted to DPU Contractors Restoration Construction Inspector. Note: Before photos or onsite inspection should be had to ensure the restoration team is aware of what is needed.
