Description
The alleyway light shown in the attached photo is so intense that I cannot enjoy my backyard deck. (The allwyeay is perpendicular to the main alley connecting Belmont and Sheppard behind my home.) In the past, the City blackened out the offending portion of the light, but that coating has worn off. Please relocating, reposition, or recoat the light to eliminate the problem.
