Description

When approaching Midlothian Turnpike (coming from the 100 block of E Roanoke) attempting to turn either West or South?? The light does not cycle correctly and skips changing to green for this approaching or turning traffic. p.s. - Under "Street light condition" above, the lamp is not out, but it was the closest selection to choose. You may want to consider adding another selection, such as "Not changing".
