- Staff · April 10, 2023DPU Personel L.Lockett assess location rear of the property is a hold water due to the which is own by the City of Richmond, the need to be clear out as abundney of trash and natural debris like treelimbs and logs are in the wetland hinding proper flow of the water in the water in the area. Mosquito Dunks were drop in the area and a box was give to the citizen to use as needed.
