- Staff · May 23, 2023The storm manhole has debris and leaves in it and needs to be cleaned and the flared end outlet side of the culvert needs the sediment removed and the side is cavitating and needs clay put back, tamped and topsoil, seed and mat needs to be put down to stabilize the area.
- Staff · May 23, 2023Please disregard the previous comments, the issue it the ditch needs maintenance from 3717, 3803 and 3811. I spoke with Ms. Wilson on 5/22/23 The ditches has sediment built up in them about 220 liner feet and needs to be cleaned. The citizen at 3803 needs to be contacted about the ditch cleaning before the work can be done.
- System · July 21, 2023(Escalated to Sup for asst....) Caller is calling back in reference to a SR that was opened for a storm drain that still needs attention. Caller states there is now a smell and the gully fills up with all the heavy downpours of rain. Caller wants to know if the storm drain is scheduled to have the maintenance that is needed and when to expect DPU to come and fix the concern? States her and her neighbor was advised that the maintenance would be done but to date no one has come out.
- Staff · July 24, 2023Talked with Ms. Wilson about her pipe and ditch, I have Explained to her the work that will take place as soon as crew can get there. Ms. Wilson is understanding that this could take a while. The pipe at 3811 is a new 15" concrete pipe and looks like it is the culprit why the ditch is not flowing properly, this will have to be lowered for proper drainage.
- Staff · August 15, 2023Ditches have been cut, pipes have been cleaned with high pressure water.
