citizen called decorative tall streetlight the globe and decorative top piece is on the ground and the globe is broken---farther east right where the park meets jefferson and 21st st (jefferson parkside entrance)--steel ballards looks like a car hit 2 of them and they are broken they are on the ground within approx 50 ft of each other
