Description

Problem sewer cover is located in the alley behind 2729 W. Grace St. (i.e. the alley between W. Grace St. and Monument Ave, connecting Mulberry and Arthur Ashe Boulevard). The sewer cover (or clean out?) is located in the middle of the ramp into my garage. The sewer cover has started to sink and is now about 2 inches lower than it originally was. It is also not secure - if you push on it, it will wobble from side to side.

On 4/7/2023, J. Brown went to this location and reported that there is a c/o cover that has sunken. I will be going out to assess this location by the end of the week to determine the necessary repair that is needed.

The c/o cover is on private property. I have informed Mr. Pollock that it is his responsibility to repair the cover due to it being private property. Closing the SR.
