Description
Richmond came to “fix” some water line or something and has left a giant hole in the front of 3411 S St for several weeks now, with caution tape around it. The hole fills up with water every time it rains, it is unsightly, and unsafe. I’m not sure what the delay is here but the city needs to finish their job instead of ignoring the infrastructure needs of Church Hill like always. Newsflash, we pay the skyrocketing property taxes just like the rest of the city.
