D. Rivers assess this location & spoke with resident onsite. Did not make contact with Mr. Coleman (owner of property). Found: One hole in galvanized culvert at 5525 Orcutt Lane & 5227 Orcutt Lane. Roadside Ditches needs to be cut with positive slope for drainage & both culverts 12' x 20" needs to be replaced. Asphalt apron will need to be restored. Flagger Operation is needed for this site to perform ditch maintenance. However driveway culverts can be replaced from the yard without Flagger Operation. Supervisor will make final recommendation on Flagger Operation.
