    D. Rivers assess this location on 5/31/2023. Could not make contact with the citizen on 5/30 or 5/31 by phone. In addition could not make contact with the citizen on 5/31 when onsite for the assessment. Knock on front door. Note: Ms. McKeel reside @ 3337 Sherbrook Rd Found: Large tree cut down from the either the citizen property @ 3313 Sherbrook Rd or cut down from the CoR property adjacent to 3313 Sherbrook Rd Cannot make a final determination without survey. Nevertheless the debris is blocking the culvert. Could not make contact with the homeowner @ 3313 Sherbrook. At this time it will be prudent to advise the citizen of the potential conditions that is being created by blocking the culvert. Also it would be prudent to ensure positive drainage by removing the cut down tree trunk away from the drainage pathway to include the culvert. This information has been shared with the assigned Supervisor by email to complete. I will continue to try to reach both homeowners.
