Description

The streetlight recently started emitting a very loud buzzing noise when the lamp turns on at dusk. The noise lasts for a significant time and is very loud. It's located in the alleyway south of 2300 Floyd block and north of 8 Strawberry St. I would appreciate any help with eliminating the noise, as it is disturbing everyone in the neighborhood.
