    Private Watch Light; owner of light must contact Dominion Energy with account number to request a Private Watch Light repair. This is NOT a street light, this is a PRIVATE WATCH LIGHT which is being paid for through the owner's electric bill. Only owner of light can request repair by Dominion Energy.
