Description
This is a road sign welcoming drivers into the Richmond district on Ironbridge road from Chesterfield County. The Welcome to Richmond sign at the corner of Ironbridge Road and Reservoir Lane is completely washed and blank. It needs to be redesigned with legible writing expressing the Welcome to Richmond message. Thanks.
