Description

Sewer manhole cover is loose in cylinder. It rocks even when stepped on, Sounds like a rifle shot when a car goes over it. Our bedroom window is right over the street and it is very disturbing. Located at the intersection of Grove Ave and Seneca Rd, in the outside westbound lane of Grove Ave. Please repair soon.
