- Staff · March 18, 2023D. Rivers assess this location on 3/18/2023 onsite & spoke with the citizen by phone on 3/18/2023 after the onsite assessment: Found: Curb & Gutter relatively clean of heavy debris at the time of assessment. Curb & Gutter has cut out for underdrain attachment for sump pump connection that could be the point source of water into the curb & gutter. Citizen stated sump pump with underdrain is not connected to curb cut out in front. Water Meter could be point source of water. Citizen stated no rise in water bill but current issue has been ongoing. D. Rivers advised citizen that he will send this request to DPU Customer Service to have a Tech check the water meter for a leak. In addition request will be sent to DPW for street cleaning & roadway maintenance to ensure proper slope along gutter pan is not the issue & sediment & debris is not the issue. Request will be closed to DPU Storm Water Utility Division. There are no storm water assets at this location contributing to the problem. Citizen advised of that the request will be closed to Storm Water Division. Request for Customer Service Division to create to ticket to check the water meter for leaks has been communicated by phone & a email with details will be sent today: 3/18/2023
