The Globe is filthy dirty and obstructs illumination for public safety. The lamp pole needs to have the paint stripped (peeling) and repainted.

City of Richmond Electric Utility maintains poles (i.e.: paint, cleaning, etc.) on a set schedule this is not within the painting schedule at this time. Due to lack of personnel the priority for Electric Utility is maintaining adequate functioning lighting for the citizens of the City of Richmond for safety.
