    The ditch has a blockage that needs to be removed. There is a Capital project in this area that has started and will addressing a lot of the drainage issues in this area.

    Area is currently under construction for drainage improvements. These impairments will be address within the scope of the Mcguire & Chapel drive improvement. This request shall be closed.
