Description
This looks almost 12 inches deep. It may be on top of a water or gas valve. It has gotten worse over the past few months. Someone marked it with white paint a while ago, but the paint has now worn off. Image is from Google Nov 2021 when it was not so bad. It is now much Worse! There is also another similar east of this near Granite Ave & Cherokee.
