Description
Any time it rains there is soggy ground for days afterward in front of my house near the drainage pipes that go under Cherokee rd and Custis ave. Wondering why. So soggy cannot cut tye grass there till it hasn’t rained fir a week or more.

- Staff · April 26, 2023investigation into this request found the ditch in need of cutting down towards the under road pipe to allow water to flow properly. Two under road pipes at this intersection needs to be replaced as they are rusted out. This request will be given to supervisor for work scheduling
